(More customer reviews)I ordered this as it appeas to have an angled heating element, as does the one offered by Big Green Egg.The starter they sent was not angled, but straight like a 'typical' charcoal starter.ANTONLINE refused to anser my emails so I resorted to Amazon for a refund.
