I smoked 12 pounds of pork belly, a whole chicken, s half slab of baby back ribs and some Brats with plenty of room to spare.Lots of great smoke.Vents easily control the smoke and the general temperature.Face plate temperature guage monitors internal temperature.Adjustable shelves allow for smoking a large turkey or ham.I like the front door opening and access to the various shelves.Lower shelves are a slightly higher temperature than the upper shelves allowing for some nice variation in cooking and not just smoking.An all around nice, well built unit that makes the neighborhood smell good.
