(More customer reviews)This product is unfit for its intended use.The first time I used it -- to grill vegetables on a gas grill at lower than medium heat (two burners on medium, the third off) -- the synthetic part of the "heat resistant" handle melted!Some of the melting "plastic" got all over the food.Even worse, when the entire mess cooled, it was virtually impossible to remove the small globs that had stuck to the body of grilling pan.There are very good products that serve this function.Stay away from this one.
