(More customer reviews)These skewers are flat, non-stick, and have a sharp point on the end for piercing the food.Because they are flat, foods don't roll around on the skewer.The non-stick coating makes it easy to remove the cooked food, and cleanup is easy.These fit nicely laying flat in the dishwasher, and I don't have to scrub food residue off of them.Compared to my last set of stainless skewers, these are a great step up.
