(More customer reviews)Your juiciest roast won't overflow the moat on this board- it's huge. There are cutouts underneath for your fingers so it's easy to pick up, and it looks nice enough to put on the table for serving.
I have two of these and the second one developed a small split. That's not too surprising; wood is a natural material and sometimes warps. I called JK Adams and they sent a replacement immediately. It's great to buy something from an American company that stands behind its products.
