(More customer reviews)DO NOT ORDER ANY DIMPLEX PRODUCTS.I received my grill as a gift with no receipt or instructions on asssembly.I went to the Dimplex website and the instructions there were incorrect.Regardless, I ended up getting it installed on my own (which was not easy or self-explanatory).I used the grill once then it stopped working altogether.
So I called Dimplex.After 40 minutes on the phone I was told that I had a faulty temperature control and that I would have to call Amazon for them to request a new control be sent to me.However, repair is not covered by warranty so I would have to work with a Dimplex engineer on the phone to install it myself.UNACCEPTABLE #1!
So then I called Amazon (still on the phone now!) and they said they can't call Dimplex at all, but I could un-assemble the grill and pay myself for sending it back and they could refund the person that sent the gift.Finally they said they could conference me in with them and Dimplex which is now.So on hold with Dimplex again now yet the Amazon rep dropped the line.So now I have called Amazon back and they say they can't get me back to the agent I was speaking with before and need to start over.I will continue to update this mess of an issue but both Amazon and Dimplex are at fault here.
