Pampered Chef Large Round Pizza Stone Review

I purchased this item about a year ago.Since then, I've made everything from pizza to cookies, to crossants, to whatever won't spill over, lol!It bakes up everything nice and crisp and without a burn even if I did let it go over a couple of minutes in the oven while tending to life. After you season them, they become stick-free and it doesn't take that long either.I usually season mine with those buttery dinner rolls you get in the refrigerator aisle at the store.I just spread them out and the kids have these buttery flat crispy bread that they like to put jam on :)

I've recently bought the deep dish baker and love baking chicken and pork chops in it.I'm really excited about the new covered baker that I waiting to arrive :)I love Pampered Chef Stoneware.

Tired of charcoal mess? Worried about propane costs/danger? Then this is the grill for you. Simple to assemble and easy to use. No lava rocks or ceramic briquettes to buy. Easy to use & clean. I bought this one to replace a 20 year old Sears electric and I love it. The price is right and the assembly is simple. Heats fast and when you're done cooking you turn it off--no waiting for coals to die out and add heat to an already hot day. No propane tank to refill and with fuel costs rising, you still get to enjoy outdoor grilling without it costing a fortune.

Char-Broil Patio Caddie Gas Grill Review

Char-Broil Patio Caddie Gas Grill
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Consider this a long term test.I bought my Patio Caddie out of desperation when another cheap grille died one nice summer Saturday with friends coming over for dinner.I simply wasn't in a mood to spend $400 or $500 for a king kong unit.
What makes a good grille is really simple: it must start every time (it does), it must generate enough heat to cook (it does, but keeping the cover on helps)and it must have high quality grids (it does). On the last point, and what really sets the Patio Caddie Apart, are the heavy porcelainized grids. The are wonderful to cook on, easy to clean, haven't sagged in 5 years use.
Consider this the Honda Civic of grills: I fill the mini-tank once or twice a year for $7 and cook at least once a week year round (in Seattle, no less). It is absolutely the finest chicken cooking device I have ever seen and easily cooks dinner for 4 to 6.No it won't handle a 10 Lb salmon in one shot or cook a dozen burgers for a tribal reunion. And a Honda Civic wont carry an entire NFL team at one time either.
The only downside is that the heat output does become limited below 50 degrees, but that's a function of the propane, not the grill itself.
If you live in a condo or apartment with a small deck, if you're on a budget, or want a portable unit look no further, this is it.
I will be moving on to a bigger and better grille in a couple weeks, and believe it or not, I have a friend who wants my old patio caddie for her condo.Old, greasy and well used, it still has life in it, and she knows how well it cooks.I just hope my new, bigger grille works as well.

The gas grill accommodates a 11 1/2 pound LP tank that is lighter and easy to handle or a 20 pound LP tank. Weber Genesis Silver A Gas LP Grill - Black Review

Weber Genesis Silver A Gas LP Grill - Black
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Charcoal grilling arguably produces better flavors, but propane has inarguable convenience. Some of the benefits of propane include push-button ignition, no lighter fluid, no coaxing the charcoal to burn evenly and no messy charcoal to clean up.If you've made the decision to go propane, the Weber Silver A is a good selection. It's a well-made and of sturdy construction. It requires some assembly, but no tools that aren't provided with grill. The manufacturer claims the grill can be assembled in less than 40 minutes and that's approximately how long it took me to assemble it.It is necessary to lift the heavy body of the grill and set it down upon the stand. The directions show two people performing this task.I was assembling the grill by myself and was able to do this by myself, but I would imagine it is wiser and safer to do it with two people. The Silver A is significantly smaller than many of the other grills on the market.I have limited space in my backyard, so the more compact design was an added plus. If considering the Silver A, you should probably look at the Silver B as well.Although a little more expensive, the Silver B offers 36,000 BTU's to the Silver A's more modest 26,000 BTU's.Although I'm happy with the performance of the Silver A, the Silver B is probably worth the investment if the grill is going to get heavy usage. There is a Silver C model as well, but this is a larger model that does not share the more compact design of its smaller siblings.I recommend the Silver A to anyone looking for a compact, but quality propane grill, but would urge the prospective purchaser to look at the more powerful yet compact Silver B model as well.

18-Piece BBQ Grill Tool Set with Aluminum Case (Silver) (3"H x 19"W x 10"D (case)) Review

18-Piece BBQ Grill Tool Set with Aluminum Case)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
The quality of the tools themselves is OK, the biggest benefit of the tool collection was that it comes with a full set (8) of corn skewers and a set of kabob skewers, the rest of the set is fairly standard fair although the handle design if more attractive than most. The biggest disappointment with this set was the "Elegant Aluminum Carrying Case", it is aluminum but it very cheaply constructed and didn't even survive being shipped without coming apart in a couple of places, I had to pop the face sheet back into place on both sides since the metal edges that are supposed to hold the face sheet in place are too flimsy to do the job.It simply will not last being used.

Weber 87886 Chimney Starter Review

Weber 87886 Chimney Starter
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Get a coffee can, and cut off the bottom with a can opener. With a bottle opener, use the pointy end for opening juice cans to make openings all around the bottom on the side.Get a double-sheet piece of newspaper and roll from the edges toward the center to make sort of a doughnut, and place in the bottom of the can.Do the same with another sheet of paper, but roll it smaller and place it inside the other doughnut.Poke holes through the center of the doughnuts for air flow.Place your charcoal briquettes on top of the paper.Push the whole stack up so the paper doesn't block the holes (the friction of the paper against the can will hold up the stack).Set the can on your grill or cooking spot, and light the paper through the holes in bottom. It may be beneficial to stack another can with the bottom cut out on top to improve the chimney effect. Now let it sit for 10-20 minutes while the briquettes light up.Come back and find out it blew out.Light it again.Watch it longer this time. When the briquettes in the bottom and sides are gray with ash, use tongs to move them around so the unburned ones can light. When ready, use your Vise-Grips to remove the can.Do not leave the can out in the rain, or it will rust (more easily).
...OR...
Just spend the very reasonable about of money and buy this product! No rolling the paper JUST right - just wad it up and stick it in the bottom. No concern with keeping the air holes uncovered - a grill inside holds the charcoal.Put the Vise-Grips back in the tool box - this has nice handles. And don't worry about mixing the charcoal - it all lights up evenly.
When I first opened the box, I thought, "Wow!This thing is huge!"Made my two coffee cans seem small, but it is supposed to light a grill-full of charcoal at once.I got the Weber because with all of my research on grills and accessories, Weber products are always recommended above all others. This item seems well-built, and I expect it to last a very long time. After using my homemade charcoal chimneys, which I got pretty good at, I was ASTOUNDED at how quickly this lighted, how quickly it got the charcoal up to temperature, and amazed at the orange inferno it created!
I've been around charcoal grills my whole life (but don't have one myself.Yet.I got this for Dutch oven cooking.) and have never seen a charcoal chimney!I've seen people nearly kill themselves with charcoal starter and ate plenty of charcoal-starter burgers.I don't know why everyone with a charcoal grill doesn't use one of these.
Get rid of storing the starter in your home and transporting it in your car.Get rid of the explosion when you light your grill.Get rid of the starter by-products in your food.Do get this charcoal chimney and get the most easily-lit, most consistently-burning charcoal you can.
